I just heard this for the first time on Episode 4 of the The Nextmen Podcast and me likey!
Apparently it’s an unreleased Biz track from his Weekend Warrior album. I haven’t heard that album but if this was on the cutting room floor you’d have to hope that the album was pretty good. Though saying that, this is definitely better than album cut ‘Chinese Food’ so there goes that theory.

Hey mate, 3 or 4 years back, I stumbled across 8, supposed, missing tracks from Biz Markie’s Weekend Warrior.. ‘Dance Party Scream Shout’, ‘Hater’, ‘I’m a do it’, ‘Mos finesse’, ‘So Funkay’, ‘Tear Shit Up’, ‘The Original’ & ‘To Be Real’.. Just checked it against the album tracklist & it looks like ‘Tear shit up’ was on the album.. ‘i’m a do it’ used a sample from I dream of Jeanie.. cunts didn’t let him use it… a few months later Luda comes out with a track using the same sample.. a lil’fowl.. As far as I remember, I enjoyed this more than the album… this with the album would’ve made it pretty good. He needs Kane back writing his rhymes, we need Kane back period. Enjoy.
